Michele Miller remembers the client who came to her, shaken by her husband’s unexpected death and seeking assistance with questions about his estate.

Our attorneys strive to go above and beyond clients’ expectations.

The woman wanted to ensure that her estate would eventually transfer to the couple’s children without issues, concerns or a drawn-out process. After discussing the type of assets she owned and her options for transferring them after her death, the woman realized that her goals could easily be met.

“She was elated,” Miller recalls. “It was a pleasure to meet with her, discuss her concerns, present her with options and assist her.”

Those kinds of outcomes are what Miller works to achieve for her clients. It starts with understanding their needs—and listening.

“At Johnson, Killen & Seiler, clients receive just that from our highly competent attorneys,” Miller says. “Our attorneys strive to go above and beyond clients’ expectations.”
