Mr. Vidyarthi
concentrates his practice in the area of commercial transactions
and has expertise in the areas of corporate entity formation,
both for profit and non-profit organizations. He also practices
in the areas of health care law, particularly mergers and acquisitions
of health care corporations, and the areas of real estate transactions,
including purchases, sales, deferred exchanges and condemnations.
Other practice areas include corporate finance, probate, securities
and construction transactions.
A member
of the Eleventh District Bar Association, Mr. Vidyarthi is also
a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American
Bar Association.
He graduated
cum laude from Carleton College (B.A. 1986) and received his law
degree from Northwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1990).
