Mr. Seiler
specializes in business law, estate planning and pension and profit
sharing matters. He also practices in the areas of both nonprofit
and for profit corporation, general partnerships and limited partnerships,
involving among other things, the financing, sales and purchases
of businesses. He also specializes in representing a large variety
of health care organizations. He has been a frequent lecturer
in the area of estate planning.
Mr. Seiler
is a member of the Eleventh District Bar Association, the Minnesota
State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American
Health Lawyers, the Arrowhead Estate Planning Counsel and the
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is admitted to
practice in all of the courts in Minnesota.
Mr. Seiler
received his undergraduate education at the University of Minnesota
and graduated from Drake University Law School in 1969, where
he was Editor-in-Chief of the Drake Law Review and a member of
the Order of the Coif. He joined the firm in 1969 as well.
